Quick Feet Drills for Quarterbacks

It’s very important to have quick feet as a quarterback. Don’t limit yourself to being a statue in the pocket. In today’s game, you have to be able to move in the pocket, sidestep a rush, avoid a blitzing linebacker or safety or better yet, take off and run for that first down! Jumping rope, speed ladders and agility’s are the best thing you can do for your feet.
