Cancellation/Refund Policy: Because space is limited, cancellations deprive other players of the opportunity to attend SMPA. If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the session for which you are registered. Cancellations that occur 30 days in advance will allow you a total refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before camp begins may be considered due to medical reasons on a case by case basis with the understanding that a Doctors note will be required.

All checks returned NSF will be assessed a $30 fee.
